About StallSync
Built by me, for you. I built StallSync so you get to focus on what you do best: making and selling your work.

"Hello, my name is Ed and I built StallSync"
Hello, my name is Ed and I built StallSync.
I built StallSync because, like many of you, I was tired of getting the job done the hard way. I’ve organised several craft events here in Norfolk, just outside Norwich, and each time the same frustrations cropped up.
The Story so far...
Okay, I admit it — I’m naturally someone who tries to find the best way to do things, which drives my wife mad at times (this extends to dishwasher stacking and packing the car for holidays… I know, I’m that guy). So when I was tasked with running the craft fairs at work, I couldn’t help but ask: surely there’s a better way?
A better way than shouting into the void of Facebook groups, juggling dozens of application forms, and endlessly chasing insurance certificates.
Fast forward nearly two years. Yes, it has taken ages to build this platform, in no small part because of the people you see in these photos. I built around my family, not through them, snatching hours early in the morning and late at night. Finally, we are nearly there — after countless conversations with vendors and event hosts, plenty of chin-stroking, late-night coding sessions, and a lot of hard work — StallSync was born!

Why I want to give back
From the moment we launch StallSync, I will donate 10% of our subscription revenue, split equally between three excellent craft charities that protect and promote traditional skills in Norfolk, across the UK, and beyond. There is a genuine power in handmade, and with StallSync I aim to support it.
Without organisations like Heritage Crafts, Turquoise Mountain and the Crafts Council, the skills that populate our fairs would be at risk of disappearing. When you use StallSync, you’re directly contributing to the preservation of skills and craft.
Have questions? Just ask.
I'm always happy to chat about the platform, your events, or the craft world in general. No automated bots here — just real people.
